We are looking for a skilled Sausage Maker to join our team at Trenton Processing. As a Sausage Maker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sausages and other meat products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and season meat according to recipes

Operate and maintain sausage-making equipment

Monitor and adjust cooking and smoking processes

Ensure products meet quality and safety standards

Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment

Requirements:

Previous experience in meat processing or sausage making

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and quality

Physical stamina for lifting and standing for long periods
