Job Description: As the General Manager with Pest Master, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and optimal use of resources.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth, market expansion, and enhanced service offerings.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Pest Control Technicians, Administrative Assistants, and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Management: Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a leadership role within the service industry, preferably in pest control or a related field.

Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with pest control services or a similar industry is a plus.
