    About Us

    PDR-Team, Inc. is a growing startup specializing in paintless dent repair (PDR), providing high-quality, cost-effective dent removal services to customers and businesses. We specialize in innovative hail damage management and technology for vehicles affected by major hail events. Currently, we are seeking a Scanner Operator to help us run our CAT-Sites around the country. The ideal candidate should have prior customer service experience, preferably within the automotive industry.

    Responsibilities:

    Proficiently operate the hail scanner and scanning process.

    Drive vehicle through hail scanner.

    Edit 3-D scans when needed.

    Make minor calibration adjustments or repairs when needed.

    Engage customers with the highest professionalism and courtesy.

    Complete various tasks assigned by the Station Manager.

    Skills:

    Proficient in using computerized scanning equipment and software

    Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

    Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

    Friendly, outgoing personality that is motivated to work on a team with a service-oriented mindset.

    The ability to learn and become proficient with new technology (tech-savvy).

    Demonstrates a high degree of flexibility, organizational skills, and initiative.

    Must be able to frequently stand for prolonged periods of time, ascend and descend ladders, crouch and regularly lift, push or pull heavy objects (up to 30 lbs).

    Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Spanish speaking is a plus.

    This is a seasonal job that is dependent on hail events. Work will be conducted at mobile sites 1-4 weeks at a time. Travel is required and expenses are covered.

    Job Type: Temporary (March through September)

    Pay: $22.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

    Travel: Where needed throughout the country
