    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to support NSI’s Inspection Services Group in developing and expanding its business, with a focus on assigned key markets. This role involves managing designated key customer accounts, fostering strong customer relationships, processing of customer hardware at NSI locations, and performing other related duties as assigned.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following critical functions:

    • Strategic management and expansion of key customer accounts within assigned markets
    • Establishment and maintenance of robust customer relationships, with a focus on comprehensive cross-selling of NSI scanning services offerings
    • Collaboration with technical experts and support teams to develop and refine solutions that address complex client requirements
    • Oversight of client location visits during product scanning processes, ensuring optimal customer support throughout project lifecycles
    • Development and presentation of annual scanning services sales plans, including quarterly progress reports and results analysis
    • Demonstration of proficiency in NSI software suite and advanced products
    • Contribution to the development of technical manuals, work instructions, and procedural documentation
    • Interpretation and application of customer and industry specifications, codes, and standards
    • Collaboration with application engineers to develop scanning techniques using proprietary imaging software for customer-specific applications
    • Execution of duties at customer sites, with a requirement of 50% travel (domestic or international) during the week/month
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in software applications and computer systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex technical information, including industry specifications, codes, and standards.
    • Strong capacity for independent work with attention to detail and decision-making skills.
    • Superior customer service skills and professionalism.
    • Valid driver's license required.

    Additional Information

    The salary for this position ranges from $92,000 to $140,000 based on education and experience.
