    Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic Industrial Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of NSI’s Inspection Services Group. You will be instrumental in building strong customer relationships and ensuring our continued success in delivering exceptional services. This position offers the flexibility to work on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement based on project needs and travel requirements. A significant portion of the work will be completed at customer sites, with an estimated 50% travel during the week/month, which may be domestic or international.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage, develop, and grow customer accounts.
    • Provide software support, advanced training, and technique development.
    • Execute Nadcap accreditation audits and supporting process updates.
    • Manage and execute the Inspection Service Interpretation Program.
    • Assist in the development of technical manuals, work instructions, and procedures.
    • Read and interpret customer and industry specifications, codes, and standards.
    • Develop inspection techniques and process parts at company locations.
    • Work with application engineers to develop scanning techniques using proprietary imaging software tailored to customer-specific applications.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the NDT field.
    • Sales experience preferred.
    • Ability to pass vision exams in accordance with NAS 410.
    • Level 3 Qualifications in the Aerospace industry (NAS 410).
    • Strong software and computer skills, particularly with proprietary and advanced software products.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, maintaining professionalism in high-pressure environments.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working at all levels of an organization.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Experience delivering training in classroom and hands-on settings.
    • Experience resolving technical issues in sensitive environments.
    • US Citizenship required.
