Job Description
If you are friendly, outgoing and have a passion for great food and service the St. James Hotel would like to talk with you about our long term steady Line Cook position.
Assist the Chef and work as a part of well executed, team oriented culinary team. Prepare all foods for daily dinner service (work no later than 10pm most nights) according to seasonal menus while following health and sanitation guidelines at all times. Accurately and efficiently cook hot and cold food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all menu item plates. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
