Position Overview: Scenthound Chicago-Old Town is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic college intern to join our team as a Sales Management Trainee. This unpaid internship is an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in sales management, lead management, and marketing within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with managing and nurturing sales leads to drive customer acquisition.

Support marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns, and community outreach.

Help develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Perform other tasks as needed to support the sales and marketing team.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably studying Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Strong interest in sales management and marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for dogs and a commitment to promoting their health and well-being.
