    Job Title: Schedule Order Coordinator

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Schedule Order Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for managing the scheduling of jobs, coordinating material orders, typing up proposals, and providing exceptional customer service via phone and email. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry position with training provided. College graduates are encouraged to apply.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Proposal Management: Prepare and type up detailed proposals for customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    Job Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule jobs, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and timelines are met.

    Material Ordering: Order and track materials needed for projects, ensuring that everything is in place for scheduled jobs.

    Customer Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, providing prompt responses to customer inquiries and concerns.

    Appointment Scheduling: Set appointments with clients, vendors, and team members, managing calendars effectively.

    Schedule Confirmation: Confirm schedules with clients and vendors, ensuring all parties are on the same page prior to job execution.

    Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining records, filing, and updating schedules as needed.

    Requirements:

    High School or GED required, College degree is preferred but not required.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Proficiency in Google Suites and QuickBooks Desktop

    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Experience in customer service or office administration preferred.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Basic knowledge of scheduling and material ordering is a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    Full-time position with regular office hours.

    Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required depending on job schedules.
