    Caregivers Unlimited is a leading home care company dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler/Caregiver Runner to join our team.

    The Scheduler/Caregiver Runner is responsible for coordinating and scheduling caregiver assignments, managing caregiver availability, and ensuring that all clients receive the care they need in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.

    The Scheduler/Caregiver Responsibilities:

    Coordinate and schedule caregiver assignments for clients, taking into account caregiver availability, client needs, and geographical locations.

    Manage caregiver schedules, including creating and updating schedules, and ensuring that all caregivers are aware of their assignments and schedules.

    Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families to ensure that all parties are informed and up to date on schedules, changes, and any issues that may arise.

    Ensure that all caregivers have the necessary information and resources to provide high-quality care to clients.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver schedules, client information, and other relevant data.

    Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues in a timely and efficient manner with real time scheduling.

    Collaborate with team members, to ensure that all clients receive seamless and comprehensive care.

    Develop and maintain relationships with caregivers, clients, and families to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

    Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support to caregivers and clients as needed.

    Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, customer services, or a related field. Must be able to pass a SLED background check Must be able to pass Drug test

    Preferred Qualifications: Experience in home care Knowledge of scheduling customer service, or related field Certification in scheduling or related field
