    Trees For Needs is an expanding tree service company in north Phoenix, and we are looking for an experienced scheduler who has the abilities and skills to perform their position, and also understands and appreciates great customer service and giving this kind of attention to customers.

    We are professional and fun organization with a focus on treating our employees the best, who in turn will treat our customers the best.

    A great customer service representative is a very skilled profession, and we would like to invest in someone who insists on not just being good, or even great, but the best. A disciplined self-starter who holds themselves accountable and to a high standard. A great communicator who understands that communication is a science and an art. A person who can put a customer at ease while issues are being resolved.

    A professional not only enjoys helping people, they want to create an experience for them that turns them into loyal customers, and part of the family.

    Some of the responsibilities:

    · Creating efficient and optimized schedules for crews and estimators

    · Monitoring and communication with daily progress

    · Collecting accurate data

    · Trouble shooting and issue resolution

    · Answering phones

    · Setting estimate appointments

    · Und of day briefing with estimators

    · Deliver exceptional customer service

    Qualities:

    · A firm understanding and appreciation of exceptional customer service

    · Great communication skills

    · Able to work under fast paced circumstances with deadlines and quotas

    · Excellent organizational skills

    · Knowledge of the Metro Phoenix area

    Starting pay 16.00/hour – after 90 days 17.00 / hour with plenty more earning potential.
