Education and Experience
High school diploma/ GED 2-3 years of experience performing clerical duties and receiving multiple inbound calls in an office environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Acts in a courteous, professional, customer-focused manner
· Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
· Proficient with MS Office and QuickBooks
· Ability to Multi-Task
· Ability to take down customer orders and input information accurately into the company’s dispatch system.
