    Seeking a skilled Construction Project Scheduler to join a growing and respected team in Kansas City (100% employee-owned). This role involves scheduling and coordinating commercial construction projects of varying sizes and complexities across multiple sectors, including healthcare, civic, higher education, K-12, corporate, science/tech, and sports. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Project and Project Web App, and a collaborative approach to working with project teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Project Web App.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with project goals.
    • Provide on-site scheduling support at project locations and work from the Kansas City office.
    • Conduct training sessions to educate operations teams on scheduling processes and best practices.
    • Analyze schedule risks and proactively address potential delays.
    • Support multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing project needs.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure schedule adherence and resolve conflicts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field
    • Experience in scheduling commercial construction projects across various sectors.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Project Web App; familiarity with Primavera P6 is beneficial but not required.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a cooperative work environment.
    • Openness to flexible work arrangements, including remote work as needed.
    • Technical knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.

    • Salary expectations, based on experience; $115K-$130K
