    Are you an experienced scheduler, intake specialist or care coordinator that loves helping people and offers excellent customer service? BrightStar Care of Sugar Land, TX is looking for a dynamic individual to coordinate the scheduling of our field staff to deliver a Higher Standard of Care for our clients. The Client Care Coordinator is responsible field staff assignments; and effectively managing positive communications with field staff, care recipients, and all members of the BrightStar Team.

    The ideal candidate must have the ability to triage priorities and communicate effectively to clients and staff frequently. Prior experience as an LVN is a plus!

    Benefits:

    Competitive pay ranging from $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

    Skilled Coordinator Responsibilities:

    Schedules staff for client shifts Skilled & Non-Skilled

    Gathers feedback on employee performance and customer satisfaction

    Assists clients and staff with issues

    Answers incoming calls

    Helps recruit, interview, and orient reliable staff.

    Assists with the intake of new clients and informs potential clients of services and reasons to utilize BrightStar over other agencies

    Monitors and maintains daily time reports for payroll processing

    Shares "on-call" phone for evenings and weekends, managing problems, emergencies and staffing call outs.

    Client Care Coordinator Requirements:

    2+ years of scheduling/staffing, recruiting, and training experience within the home care or health care industry highly preferred.

    2+ years CNA/HHA experience preferred.

    Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Strong oratory and written communication skills.

    Ability to provide superior customer service, problem-solve, and tactfully handle difficult situations.

    Positive “can do” attitude.

    Must be willing to accept evening and/or weekend on-call work.

    Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations
