    Generator Repair Service is hiring office staff to support our ongoing day to day operations. We are looking for candidates that can help with dispatching, customer service, answering phones, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

    This will be a job in a fast-paced, growing office with unlimited potential for growth.

    The ideal candidate will have skills in the following areas and be willing to learn more:

    Excellent customer service skills.

    Experience in dispatching and scheduling jobs (preferred)

    Experience answering office phone calls, routing calls and taking messages.

    Comfortable using Microsoft office, windows, and excel.

    Following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service that we provide them.

    Invoicing experience (preferred)

    The ability to work in a past paced environment at times.

    Training and support will be provided. It is ideal that the people that are hired for this position to get certified by the generator manufacturers so that they are able to understand the service that we provide.

    This can be a fast-paced environment at times, with unlimited potential for growth both personally and professionally and we are looking for a great candidate to join our family and team.

    We offer the Following:

    This position pays $18-20/hour.

    Our hours of operation are 6 Days a week from 7:30 am to 5 p.m. With shifts available and flexible workdays.

    Paid holidays after 1 year of work. (New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and the day after thanksgiving, Christmas. 1/2 day New Year’s Eve, 1/2 day Christmas eve.)

    Paid vacation after 1 year of work (1 week paid vacation after 1yr, 2 weeks paid vacation after 2yrs, 3 weeks paid vacation after 3-5yrs)

    Performance bonuses.
