Kitchen Guard Services is one of the largest kitchen exhaust and deep cleaning providers in California.

    Job Overview: This role involves mastering scheduling software, handling third-party system services, following up on invoices, scheduling calls, managing accounts receivable, and general office administration. The ideal candidate will possess customer service experience and ideally a background in scheduling or billing-related tasks.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Proficiently utilize our scheduling software

    Familiarize yourself with services related to third-party systems

    Make follow-up calls for invoice inquiries

    Schedule appointments and manage call scheduling

    Handle accounts receivable tasks

    Perform general office administration duties

    Prioritize customer service excellence in all interactions

    Utilize computer skills, including Google products and Office Suite

    Utilize third-party billing systems like Coorigo and Service Channel

    Qualifications:

    Prior customer service experience required

    Prior experience in scheduling or billing-related tasks preferred

    Computer savvy with proficiency in Google products and Office Suite

    High school diploma or GED

    Familiarity with third-party billing systems like Corrigo and Service Channel, and their integration with scheduling software preferred.

    Excellent customer service and communication skills

    Organization and time management skills
