  • Responsibilities

    What You Will Do

    Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails

    Schedule jobs and assign them to the appropriate technician

    Route optimization

    Generate quotes

    Respectfully communicate with clients, technicians, and other departments within Generations

    Lead morning meetings

    Maintain accurate account and billing information

    Review checklists for accuracy and scan them into the bookkeeper

    Maintain company calendar

    Schedule equipment drop off and pick ups

    Enter call log data at the end of each day

    Process payments

    Manage accounts receivables for both commercial and residential accounts

    Manage social media accounts and generate content

    Other duties as assigned

    Education and Experience

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    One (1) or more years of office administration experience required

    One (1) or more years of experience in customer service is required

    One (1) or more years’ experience with route optimization is a plus
