Job Summary
Our backup generators ensure that customers will never be without power, allowing their business to operate normally when there is an outage in the area. Our innovative approach provides customers with highly reliable, ultra-clean backup generation at a fraction of the cost of traditional backup solutions. Responsibilities
Build and maintain daily Installation schedules with supplied information from the Sales Project management teams.
Follow up and maintain timely material deliveries to the job site (Fuel, Stands, Cranes, etc,).
Assist in estimating and soliciting Installation suppliers (Fuel, Stands, Cranes, etc,) in the bidding and pricing process.
Work with County and City permitting offices to get the permits for each job.
Review daily Inspection reports and checklist for any issues and work with the team to resolve issues as required.
Ensure all documentation needed is updated in both Razorsync and permitting office.
Manage punch list items via Project Tracker and ensure proper close out.
Assist in preparing, reviewing for accuracy, and issuing change orders to our install teams, and material vendors.
Work closely with Customers and Inspectors daily on monitoring the project schedule to ensure proper completion of the job.
Coordinate with the install team for to discuss progress, obstacles, and challenges, and assist in removing barriers to completing work.
Coordinate permit inspections and final closeout of all open permits.
Ensure that Installation Checklist has been completed.
Scheduling and coordination of Start-up activities to ensure successful site testing and turnover to Service Department.
Strong interpersonal, team-building, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience working with customers and Inspectors.
Ability to negotiate with vendors and customers.
Ability to anticipate events and develop adaptive strategies/remedies.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word and Teams).
Experience with working in work order management and documentation control.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must have working knowledge of a Scheduling Coordinator and how it relates to the overall business and its objectives
Must promote and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment
Good people skills with the ability to communicate well with others
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
