Position Overview:
We are seeking fun-loving, genuine, patient team players to join our team and contribute to the positive development of young minds. As a childcare teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can explore, learn, and flourish.
Responsibilities:
Follow and creatively implement activities and curriculum to promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Provide a safe and secure environment for children, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues based on trust, respect, and collaboration.
Maintain open communication with parents to provide regular updates on children's progress and well-being.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Contribute to a positive team culture by actively participating in teamwork and supporting colleagues as needed.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a state and federal background screening.
