Have you ever wondered what it’s like to practice ABA outside of the clinic setting? At Lakeshore Behavior Consulting, our BCBAs provide behavior support and consultation directly in local schools. As a school-based BCBA, you’ll conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, attend meetings, and work closely with school staff. Bonus: no dealing with insurance!

Our BCBAs come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds and interests. We welcome new graduates and those without formal school experience, as we offer strong support and mentorship. Former teachers, paraeducators, or individuals with experience in multidisciplinary models are strongly encouraged to apply!

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive mindset

• Adaptability in supporting students

• Strong data collection and analysis skills

• Understanding of special education practices (or a desire to learn)

• BCBA certification and a Master’s degree

Here’s what we provide:

• Competitive rate starting at $65/hour (approximately $82k for the school year)

• Paid direct and indirect hours

• One remote workday per week

• Typical hours: 8 AM to 4 PM, with no weekends or evenings
