    BCBAs: We’re Hiring! Join our team as a School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst in PA!

    We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in-person to join our team for a school-based assignment in PA. As a BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in helping students develop their behavioral skills by assessing, consulting, and providing services to students with behavior needs to reach their full potential.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

    Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments to determine the complex needs of individuals with behavior challenges.

    Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseloads

    Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload

    Implement direct behavior service minutes and consultation for qualified students according to the IEP.

    Provide training and ongoing support to clients, families, and educational teams on the use of behavior strategies.

    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each student's goals.

    Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    Current PA BCBA certification

    At least 2 years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities

    Experience training school staff and parents

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member

    Ability to build rapport with staff.

    Positive and collaborative demeanor.
