- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. M-F during normal school day hours

Job Description:
Our highly trained staff are agile, adapting to the ever-changing mental health needs of educational youth. Playing a key role in supporting students with behavioral, social-emotional or mental health concerns, our mental health clinicians work closely with multidisciplinary teams to:
- Support students in advancing their academic, personal, and social functioning
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to assess client and family dynamics, determine diagnosis, and make recommendations for group and/or individual treatment.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop measurable treatment goals and promote understanding of interpersonal dynamics.
- Hold meetings with parents and students to discuss challenges that affect performance, behavior, and socialization while developing strategies to achieve goals.
- Provide information/referral services to clients and families to ensure receipt of quality and appropriate services/resources.
- Utilize treatment plans and outcome measures to track and adjust the course of therapy.
- Complete all training and actively participate in required supervision in accordance with program and agency guidelines.
- Provide support to clients and families in management of crises as they arise by adhering to agency protocols.
- Assist school in developing and implementing SEL programs for students in addition to providing support and professional development trainings for staff and families
- Provide related duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in School Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health, etc.
- Pennsylvania School Counseling certification or Social Work license is highly preferred
- Must have at least 3 years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
- Must have demonstrated documentation of evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, etc.)
- Must be comfortable using a computer
- Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards.
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
