Do you have what it takes? Here are the requirements:
· Ability to oversee planning and development of educational programs.
· Ability to build relationships with families and staff.
· Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multi-task situations and assignments successfully.
· At least five years of strong leadership experience in a Director role.
· Budget and financial acumen preferred.
· Bachelors or Masters Degree in early childhood Education.
· Must meet Director license requirements for Florida.
· Accreditation and licensing knowledge preferred.
