    Job description

    We are seeking an experienced event and marketing professional to join our school leadership team. This individual will be responsible for school-based marketing and events to attract possible customers and retain current customers, both faculty and families. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Develop plans to execute and market events for the school. This includes calendar management and communication to the community on events.

    Exploit marketing opportunities on social media. Produce new sales opportunities with social media outreach.

    Establish and maintain company presence within the community through social media and community marketing, including chamber of commerce events.

    Produce faculty retention by acknowledging anniversaries of employment, celebrating birthdays, producing special acknowledgments and celebrations, and conducting check-ins with each faculty member throughout employment.

    Maintain professional standards with all employees.

    Enroll new families to ensure they feel prepared and connected as they join our community.

    Ensure the school is beautiful and well-kept.

    Oversee faculty development and classroom practices, including faculty observations, feedback, and annual reviews for Support Faculty Members.

    Support special programs such as monthly in-house field trips for the kindergarten program and the summer program.

    Acquire new capabilities through continued learning of fundamental business philosophies.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred

    Proven experience in event planning and management

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Canva, MetaBusiness Suite

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    Experience in budgeting and financial management for events

    Familiarity with tracking market trends and audience preferences

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
