The Help Desk Technician is a senior staff member who manages all the IT, Computer Systems, Operational Systems, and Classroom Technology Integration within the school. She/He is responsible for the ongoing support, updates to and system maintenance of building digital infrastructure systems. The position primary report is to the school President and Principal. The candidate will be responsible to follow all digital policies, procedures and infrastructure best practices set and evaluated by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Director of Technology.

The Technology Specialist reports to the school’s President, Principal and to the AoP Director of Technology. This is a 12-month, full-time position.
