Responsibilities:

Roof Inspection: As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential and commercial roofs. You'll utilize your keen eye for detail to identify signs of damage, wear and tear, and potential areas of concern.

Insurance Restoration: You'll assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process by accurately documenting and reporting damage. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive fair and comprehensive coverage for necessary repairs or replacements.

Client Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with customers is at the core of our success. You'll be responsible for fostering positive connections with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire restoration process.

Sales and Consultation: Utilizing your excellent communication and persuasion skills, you'll guide homeowners through our range of roofing solutions, helping them make informed decisions. Your sales acumen will play a significant role in achieving targets and exceeding customer expectations.

Project Coordination: Collaborating closely with our roofing technicians and project managers, you'll oversee the restoration process from start to finish. You'll ensure that projects are executed smoothly, deadlines are met, and the highest quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes related to property damage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
