Qualifications
- B.S. in organic, medicinal chemistry, or chemical engineering with 3-5 years of industry experience; alternatively, candidates with an M.S. degree and 1-3 years of industry experience, or a Ph.D. with post-doctoral experience, are also encouraged to apply.
- Preferred to have experience in synthesizing and derivatizing peptides/DNA, including solid-phase synthesis and advanced purification techniques
- Familiar with contemporary protein (orthogonal) conjugation, and analytical methods such as mass spectrometry, HPLC, and NMR
- Review research papers and intellectual property literature in support of ongoing investigation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
