WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Follow and teach lesson plans provided by the regular teacher
• Experience teaching at multiple schools
• Exercise classroom and behavior management skills
• Build relationships with students, staff, and school community
• Bring a high level of competency, common sense, and fun

• Listening to your needs and preferences before matching you with assignments
• Being just a call away for any concerns or questions

YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT FOR US IF YOU:

• Have a background in teaching or caretaking
• Can think on your feet to tackle each new subbing day
• Are passionate about education
• Put students first and celebrate their successes
• Possess an empathetic nature, a growth mindset and are driven to be the best you can be

YOU’LL NEED TO PROVIDE:

• Proof of education
• Three References with one by a previous direct supervisor
• Background Check (we'll cover the cost of this!)
