RESPONSIBILITIES:

• List and lease residential or commercial real estate
• Host open houses and other events
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have to complete a mandatory 75-hour real estate course
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
