Primary Responsibilities

• Assessment : Identify the psychosocial needs of patients and families, sharing findings with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Counseling : Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and coping strategies.
• Education : Assist with advance directives, clarify rights, and connect families to resources.

Qualifications
