Job Description
The District Inventory/Asset Specialist (DIAS) is responsible for assisting with the oversight of all assets and inventory for their assigned In Home service district. The DIAS is responsible for the overall receipts, disbursements and recovery of unit inventory and its associated tracking and bookkeeping. This person is also responsible for disbursing, monitoring, tracking, transporting, retrieving and general control of company assets relative to the In Home service operation. These assets include: service vans, computing and communications devices, tools, equipment, refrigerants, supplies and parts inventory.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to use common computer applications, web based systems and Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to drive legally, responsibly and safely. • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, solve problems and follow directions. • Ability to apply appropriate use of personal protective equipment (i.e. back belt, safety glasses) • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work in non-air conditioned environment, where applicable • Ability to speak, read and write English • All employees/associates may in the course of their duties come in contact with Credit / Debit Card Data. If this data is exposed as part of their position in the site/center, the associate must protect that data as directed and required by the compliance team to ensure the company's compliance to current Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS)
