JOIN OUR SEARS HOME SERVICES-CALL CENTER TEAM -WE ARE SEEKING LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS & POSITIVE ATTITUDES TO SUPPORT OUR NEW & EXISTING MEMBERS NATIONWIDE WITH THEIR HOME APPLIANCES WARRANTIES NEEDS IN A ROLE THAT INCLUDES SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE.

**IMPORTANT: Interviews and Hiring will be Virtual at this time; however, this is NOT a Remote position. You will be Training and Working Onsite at our Call Center location: 8407 FALLBROOK AVE, WEST HILLS, CA 91304. Therefore, applicants must be able to commute with no concerns to our location.

POSITION ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

Outbound Calls-but NO Cold Calling

Contacting members to discuss new or existing protection on their Home appliances

Assist members during the process of new sales, upgrades, renewals

Enhancing the customer experience to Build and Retain Customer loyalty

POSITION OFFERS:

• $15.00/HR. GUARANTEED PLUS UNCAPPED- COMMISSION, GIVING YOU THE POTENTIAL TO MAKE UP TO $20*/HR. OR MORE BASED ON PERFORMANCE-(*COMBINING HOURLY PLUS LUCRATIVE UNCAPPED COMMISSION)
• PAID- ORIENTATION & TRAINING
• $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR NEW HIRES!
• A SCHEDULE THAT OFFERS WORK/LIFE BALANCE: 5 DAY WORK SCHEDULE- UP TO 40HRS A WEEK- OUR OPERATION HOURS ARE: MONDAY- FRIDAY- 6AM- 6:00PM, SATURDAYS-6:00AM-5PM, SUNDAYS- 7:00AM- 11:00AM- (YOU WOULD HAVE SET DAYS OFF- 1 WEEK DAY & 1 WEEKEND DAY)
