Your Purpose: Client Service Associates are the face of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. They are the first person a client sees when they walk through the door, or the first person a client talks with when they call over the phone. Doing taxes is much more than filling in some forms. At Jackson Hewitt, we provide an invaluable service in guiding our clients through the tax codes, rules, and processes. The Client Service Associate is a very important part of the overall team!

What you’ll do here:

As a Seasonal Client Service Associate, some of your job responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, assisting with phone and emails, scanning documents, verifying identity, and assisting Tax Pros with client records.

Skills you’ll need:

Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of computer functions.
