    Position Overview:

    The Seasonal Concierge will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests. This role involves assisting guests with their needs, making reservations, offering local recommendations, and ensuring a seamless experience during their stay. The ideal candidate is a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests.

    - Provide information about local attractions, dining options, events, and activities.

    - Assist guests with making reservations for restaurants, tours, spa services, and transportation.

    - Offer personalized recommendations to enhance guest experiences.

    - Manage guests’ requests, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.

    - Assist with check-in/check-out processes when necessary.

    - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local events.

    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

    - Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly resolve issues when possible.

    - Help promote hotel services and upsell amenities as appropriate.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.

    - Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred.

    - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

    - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

    - In-depth knowledge of the local area, including attractions and dining options.

    - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    - Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation management systems.

    - Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
