We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic seasonal food truck team member to join us during the busy food truck season. As a part of our team, you'll serve delicious meals in a customer-focused environment. This role offers a flexible schedule and is perfect for someone who enjoys working with food, interacting with customers, and being part of a fun, dynamic setting. Cooking experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and close down the food truck at various locations
Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to customers with a high standard of quality and presentation
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and handling cash or card transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck and cooking equipment
Assist with inventory checks and restocking of food and supplies
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Qualifications
Availability from March through October, with a flexible schedule to work approximately 80 dates during the season
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a confined space
Cooking experience is a plus
Reliable transportation to travel to various event locations
Schedule
The schedule is provided two weeks in advance, with varied shifts based on event bookings.
March through October
Events times can range from 10 am to 7 pm start times
