  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    SALES:

    • Assist retail and commercial customers in-store and electronically (phone/email)
    • Drive new business by engaging with walk-in customers and recommending products
    • Coordinate orders and in-store pickups for commercial clients

    STORE OPERATIONS:

    • Participate in daily store activities (register, sales, opening/closing)
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
    • Assist with inventory management

    SHIPPING & RECEIVING:

    • Manage inbound deliveries, including logging and distribution as needed

    ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3-5 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or similar field
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Strong time management, organizational, and follow-through skills
    • High energy, self-motivated, and excellent at customer interactions

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds
    • Frequent reaching with hands and arms
    • Clear communication, both verbal and written, in English
