Job Summary:
As a Seasonal Housekeeper Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall maintenance of guest rooms and common areas within the property. Your attention to detail and dedication to delivering outstanding service will contribute to our reputation for excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues, reporting them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Ensure all linens and towels are fresh and properly stocked in assigned areas.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team and communicate effectively with front desk staff to ensure timely room availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas and housekeeping carts.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and teammates.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to requests and resolving any issues promptly.
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
