Qualifications
- Minimum availability requirement for Seasonal Sales Associate:
- 2 fully open weekend days (Fri/Sat/Sun) without any restrictions
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Associates will be scheduled to work between 15-24 hours per week, pending availability, with the opportunity to pick up open shifts as needed.
- Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
- Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
- Eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.
Additional Information
Pay Range: $15 - $17 (plus team commission ranging from $1.50 to $6+ per hour, per shift)
