Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders, using a POS system efficiently.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to tables.
Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Keep up with expected side work and complete all duites before leaving for the day.
Requirements:
Previous experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
