The Membership Sales Associate is a front-line business driver and brand ambassador - Must have proven sales results, and be energetic, independent, self motivated, enthusiastic, engaging and willing to work as a team. Reliable, exhibits a strong moral fiber and positive attitude, and demonstrates a solid work ethic. Opportunity for the right person for growth within the organization.

This position is responsible for customer service, customer relationship development, lead follow up and management, sales, and maintaining a clean studio environment.

Preferred Minimum Required Experience: Membership Sales: 2 Year Customer Service: 2 Years Physical Job Requirements: The person in this position needs to constantly operate a computer and/or iPad, in addition to constantly moving around our studio space to accommodate guest needs and clean sauna spaces. Cleaning of saunas requires exposure to high heat (135 - 170 degrees F). Individual must be willing to work both independently, and in a cohesive and collaborative manner with a team.

Primary Responsibilities

Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm, cultivating relationships with each guest and member

Set appointments, make sales, edit the appointments using MindBody Software

Accommodate members, make them feel relaxed and welcome

Expertly Inform members of the benefits of Infrared Saunas

Conduct dynamic high quality tours of the facility

Answer all questions about services and the spa facility

Provide consistent friendly service

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through consistent outreach

Sell memberships and packages best suited to guest needs and goals

Daily prospecting and lead generation through sales funnel

Model sales technique and strategy for associate staff

Maintain spa facility and appearance, clean and sanitize guest and employee spaces

Prepare and fold sauna towels
