Position Summary
We are currently seeking experienced seasonal Class A Truck Drivers to join our Transportation team. This role is critical to the success of our operations and plays a vital part in ensuring our high-quality produce reaches its destination safely and on time. Drivers will be responsible for operating commercial vehicles, maintaining delivery documentation, and supporting logistics operations across various farm and customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip safety inspections and comply with all DOT regulations.

• Maintain accurate electronic trip logs using DFF's ELD system.

• Secure and protect loads to maintain product quality.

• Load, transport, and unload pallets and packages efficiently and safely.

• Communicate delays and delivery updates to the supervisor in a timely manner.

• Maintain and coordinate truck maintenance and repairs through our in-house shop.

• Ensure all deliveries are supported with proper documentation.

• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and food safety requirements.

• Support fellow team members in a collaborative and respectful work environment.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

• 3–5 years of commercial driving experience, including refrigerated and equipment hauling.

• Valid Class A CDL required.

• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and proper load securement techniques.

Skills & Other Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Reliable work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Able to work extended hours and remain alert for long driving periods.

• Must frequently squat, crouch, climb in/out of trucks, and lift up to 70 lbs.

• Capable of manually securing loads, operating manual transmissions, and working in extreme weather conditions.

• Must meet all physical requirements as outlined by DOT regulations.
