Passionate about outside of work? Will is deeply committed to his family, is an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings and Timberwolves, and enjoys coaching his son's soccer team, where he finds joy in mentoring young athletes.

John Alcantara, Veteran Advisor:

How long with NM? 15 years.

Previous experience? Served in the Marine Corps and attended college prior to joining NM.

Passionate about outside of work? John is passionate about motorcycle racing, car collecting, fitness, boxing, martial arts, and comic book collecting.

Jared Young, Field Director:

Previous experience? Owned a business development and marketing consulting company, helping CEOs align their company’s vision and mission with their audience’s experience.

Passionate about outside of work? Jared is very faith and family focused, enjoys golfing, hiking, trail running, and going to the gym. He’s also a huge advocate for black coffee and spends weekend mornings exploring different coffee spots.
