Job Description
The Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the organization and the department in execution of its marketing initiatives. The intern will support the day to day activity of various marketing tasks, working closely with the Marketing team on campaigns throughout the year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist marketing team with executing youth and Gen Z programing and events, including helping create content and developing marketing campaigns that will create new fans, increase awareness and drive membership numbers. (e.g. Kids Club, Legion of Youth, gaming, etc.)
- Collaborate with various departments to recap and report on key marketing efforts, including the development of a marketing playbook.
- Partner with marketing and platforms to build, optimize and execute targeted and paid social media campaigns for a variety of initiatives, including Seahawks and First & Goal ticketing, Pro Shop and more.
- Provide support for marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, email, web, fulfillment) for various campaigns including Training Camp, Gameday Poster Series, Blue Friday Night Lights, Pro Shop Holiday, Stadium Events, etc.
- Provide weekly copy for a variety of writing projects including TV/Radio broadcast and promotional reads, youth program content, etc.
- Facilitate fulfillment and completion of legal requirements for external promotional campaigns, contests, giveaways, and sweepstakes, including with media partners.
- Assist in executing various tasks associated with Influencer program and providing weekly insights and research to help in matching influencers to various initiatives.
- Help execute Gameday Poster program by managing poster inventory, special requests, customer service, and assisting with promotions.
- Assist with project execution and fulfillment for a variety of NFL initiatives.
- Manage marketing and community premium and autograph item inventory, purchasing, and shipping for all items used for promotional campaigns, contests, giveaways, and sweepstakes.
- Provide Marketing team with additional support for various campaigns as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
- Strong project and time management skills is required.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Applicant must:
- Be currently enrolled as a senior, or recent graduate (within 12 months) from a four-year college or university. Grad school students are eligible to apply as well.
- Have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Have a current driver’s license
- Be able to work 40 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events

Selection Process:
Final applicants will be contacted and invited to participate in our interview process starting in early May. All interviews will take place virtually. There is potential for an in-person final round interview. Further, we will not pay for any interview related expenses such as travel or lodging; these expenses are the sole responsibility of the applicant.

General Information:
All internships are hourly, paid positions. A background check will be conducted prior to starting work with us. Interns are responsible for their own housing, travel, and relocation expenses. Our intern placements will last the duration of the NFL season (approx. late July – February).
