Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Maintain organized records, files, and office documents
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed
Assist in coordinating office activities and events
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information
Order office supplies and maintain inventory management
Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Professional and proactive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
