Security Guard Services 801 12th Street Sacramento CA 95814, 630 I Street Sacramento CA 95814, and on as needed basis at various locations within the City and County of Sacramento
Command International Security Services seeks vendors, subcontractors, and employees with MBE WBE. Certifications, Minority business enterprises, and women-owned business enterprises, and Section 3 Workers for THE SACRAMENTO HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. A Section 3 Business is newly defined as: • At least 51% owned and controlled by Section 3 residents, or current low or very low-income persons; or • 75% (or more) of the labor hours performed by the business, are performed by low or very low-income persons; or • 51% of the business must be owned and controlled by current public housing residents or residents that currently live in Section 8 (HCV) housing.
Targeted Section 3 Worker (for public housing) (1) is employed by a Section 3 business concern: or (2) currently fits or when hired fits at least one of the following categories, as documented within the past five years: I.A resident of public housing or Section 8-assisted housing. II.A resident of other public housing projects or Section 8-assisted housing managed by the PHA that is providing the assistance; or III. A Youth Build participant.
Targeted Section 3 Worker (for housing and community development) 一. Employed by a Section 3 business concern: or 一. Currently meets or when hired meet at least one of the following categories as documented since November 2020. Live within a service area or the neighborhood of the project, as defined in 24 CFR 75.5 一. II.A Youth Build participant. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) means a business enterprise that is at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more minority or socially and economically disadvantaged persons. Such disadvantages may arise from cultural, racial, chronic economic circumstances or other similar causes. Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) is an independent business concern that is at least 51 percent owned and controlled by one or more women who are U.S. citizens or Legal Resident Aliens; whose business formation and principal place of business are in the U.S. or its territories; and whose management and daily operation is controlled by a woman with industry expertise.
