  • Responsibilities

    The Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs is hiring a full-time security agent. The hotel security agent should be trained for emergencies, know the hotel's security policies and procedures, and be able to make quick decisions in unexpected situations. Responsibilities: • Regularly patrolling the hotel to identify potential security risks and address suspicious activity • Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as medical emergencies or fire outbreaks, by assessing the situation, providing assistance, and coordinating with emergency services • Use access control systems to control who enters and exits the hotel, which helps to keep guests and staff safe and protects the hotel's assets • Manage crowds at large gatherings to ensure that people don't get out of control • Prevent crime by looking for suspicious behavior, mitigating risks, and contacting authorities when necessary • Create detailed incident reports that accurately document events and actions taken • Communicate effectively and efficiently with other staff • Ensure the safety of guests and employees, and escort guests off the premises if necessary Qualifications: • One of more years of security experience • Hospitality or similar industry experience preferred • Professional demeanor Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
