    Golden Empire Security, Inc. is seeking a qualified and motivated Security Dispatcher to join our team. This in-office position is a key part of our 24-hour department, overseeing field officers and ensuring the smooth operation of security services. The dispatcher will be responsible for supporting and supervising field officers, responding to their needs, and coordinating relief when necessary. In addition to these responsibilities, the dispatcher will have regular scheduling duties, including reviewing field officer reports to ensure compliance with company standards and providing guidance when needed. The role requires prior supervisory experience, a solid understanding of clear communication practices, and bilingual skills are highly preferred. Military experience will be considered an asset and will start at a higher entry-level wage.

    The dispatcher will primarily be based in the office but may be required to go into the field periodically to assist with scheduling issues or provide relief for field officers when the City Patrol unit is unavailable. Availability to work weekends is a must, as the job requires coverage around the clock, with a particular need for graveyard and swing shifts.
