Job Summary: Pro Elite Security is seeking reliable and professional Security Guards for our events team. This is an as-needed position, ideal for individuals who are looking for flexible work opportunities. As a Security Guard for events, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property during various special events such as weddings, concerts, corporate gatherings, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the event premises.

Conduct regular patrols to ensure a safe environment.

Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies.

Enforce event rules and regulations to maintain order.

Provide excellent customer service to event attendees.

Collaborate with event staff and local authorities as needed.

Report any suspicious activities or security breaches.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an event Security Guard or in a similar position is preferred

Valid AZDPS issued Guard Card license

High school diploma/GED

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures

Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

High level of integrity and professionalism

Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Ability to lift 20 pounds or more occasionally

Ability to stand and walk for a long period of time

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Compensation starts at $16.00/hr depending on location and experience.
