Security Officer

Position Summary:
Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment across the casino, hotel, and resort grounds. You will monitor premises, respond to incidents, and ensure the safety of guests, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrols of all public and restricted areas

• Monitor security cameras and access control systems

• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies calmly and professionally

• Provide guest assistance and enforce resort policies

• Document all incidents and file accurate security reports

• Collaborate with law enforcement and first responders when necessary

Skills & Requirements:

• Valid guard card/license (as required by state law)

• Excellent observational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to remain alert and composed in high-stress situations

• Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods

• Previous experience in hospitality security or law enforcement preferred
