    Job Description

    SORSEN Security is seeking professional Unarmed Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of clients’ assets and personnel. The role requires monitoring premises, responding to service requests, access control, public relations, and enforcing company protocols.

    Qualifications

    Shift leader roles are available at a higher rate. Paid training provided without cost. Uniforms provided without cost. Continuing education provided without cost. You will have shelter from the weather, and access to a break room and toilet.

    A valid Utah unarmed guard license as issues by DOPL, combined with previous experience in security, military service or client focused customer service is a must.

    • You must be at least 21 years of age with your own reliable transportation.

    • 2 years previous experience in security, military service or law enforcement or 3 years in customer service dealing with the public.

    • Excellent communication and situational awareness skills. English fluency required. A second language is desirable.

    • Basic computer proficiency is a requirement. You'll be taught how to use our apps.

    • High school diploma required. College degree desirable but not required.

    7. Crisis Management Skills: The ability to handle situations calmly, especially when individuals are in distress or facing a crisis, can prevent conflicts from escalating.
