What You Will Do:Provide administrative and logistical support to the HR department with an emphasis on the recruiting team’s efforts. Schedules meeting for the Talent Acquisition team to begin the intake process with hiring managers. Ensures updated job descriptions are available in recruiting library, posts jobs on the company website, along with external sources such as LinkedIn and other job boards. Audit the recruitment management tool to ensure requisitions are in the correct status and make corrects as necessary. May schedule candidate interviews and ensures the candidate has pleasant experience by answering candidate questions. Ensures the required hiring documents are accurately entered in the HRIS, including offer letter, background checks and I9 are completed. Helps manage the I9 process. Works with other Human Resources team members to ensure a smooth on-boarding process. As a culture champion for the credit union, be the first impression for our candidates. Understand the value and impact of a superior candidate, talent acquisition specialists and hiring manager experience. Works with other HR teams in projects that support HR strategic goals and overall vision. Completes related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.What We Require:Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree. Interest in Recruiting and HR functions. Must be available to work 20 – 25 hours per week. Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly MS Word and Excel. Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task.
